Proudly handcrafted in our Sydney workshop, the mattress is one of our firmer styles, and allows you to feel the support of the bed slats.

Your mattress is made to order and will generally take up to 10 working days to complete. Custom sizes may take additional time.

Single and Double sizes have changed with the introduction of more European brands to the market. Please advise which of the above lengths your single or double mattress is required to be.

All Organic Latex mattresses come with a 10 year manufacturers guarantee. 

The Natural Bedding Company guarantee covers the following:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Material defect


The Natural Bedding Company guarantee does not cover the following:

  • Body imprint in mattress. A body imprint of up to 30mm is considered normal and not a defect.
  • Dipping, sagging or an uneven feel in a mattress as a result of a frame with posture slats or any slat system that has not been produced by TNBC.
  • Mould
  • A mattress that is found by TNBC to be in a stained or unsanitary condition.
  • A mattress that is not to your liking such as being too firm or too soft.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by mishandling.
  • Picking up/ collecting or delivering any returned goods under warranty. Charges will apply for this service as per consumer law.


Mattress damage caused by one or more of the following is also not covered:

  • Defective metal or timber slats
  • A base that does not provide adequate support
  • A base in which slats are more than 10cm apart
  • A base that does not provide a flat even support
  • Use of the mattress for anything other than what it is intended.


To prevent mould from occurring on covers and padding materials, it is the customer’s responsibility to turn the mattress over regularly and ensure adequate aeration. The top of these mattresses are self-airing, however it is necessary to feel the underside of the mattress often to check for dampness. If dampness is felt, air your mattress in direct sunlight, or dry off thoroughly with a fan or blow dryer. We recommend open slatted bed bases such as a Natural Bedding Co bed frame.

This mattress features a removable and washable cover. The cover must ONLY be washed in cool water and line dried, DO NOT put in a tumble dryer. Ensure care is taken when putting the cover back on the mattress to avoid tearing the shell. If the mattress becomes soiled or mouldy and you wish to wash the cover please email support@naturalbedding.com.au for instructions on how best to treat your mattress, instructions on putting the cover back on can be found on our Product Care page.

Please be aware that the use of a bedframe with posture slats or any slat system that has not been produced by TNBC may cause the mattress to differ in feel to that which is on display in our showrooms. Posture slats specifically may cause the mattress to feel softer and eventually lead to dipping and sagging due to a lack of adequate support being provided.


Our warehouse team do their best to check every item prior to shipment, however if a product has slipped through the cracks and you receive something that contains a fault please reach out to us so we can rectify this for you.

Shipping

We ship our bedding accessories and pillows from Monday to Friday, same day where possible, subject to products being in stock and available. In-stock items will be dispatched no later than 3 business days from order via Australia Post or one of our third-party courier partners. Delivery timeframes are estimated to be 3-10 days after dispatch, and tracking details will be supplied once the order has been dispatched.

From 26 June 2023 Australia Post will no longer be leaving 'sorry we missed you' cards – a change aimed to provide a better customer experience, reduce paper waste, and improve efficiency and convenience. Please ensure that you have included both a mobile number & email when placing your order so Australia Post can communicate with you if no one is home to receive your package.

Shipping rates start from $10 for standing shipping, medium + large orders/items will be charged at a higher rate. The final delivery charge for your order will be calculated at the checkout. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery suburb and postcode are correct.

Returns and Exchanges

We can offer a store credit or exchange on all bedding accessories except pillows & clearance items. Please note that we’re unable to issue refunds for change-of-mind returns. Provided you have not used your item or removed the packaging, simply email our team to notify them of your change of mind - contact us here to organise your return. We’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible to start the process. If your change-of-mind return is approved, you will need to return the items/s to our Sydney Warehouse in original packaging at your own cost.

You must return a product within 14 days of receiving the items, in unused condition with all original packaging to our warehouse, for a store credit or exchange. The cost of shipping for returned goods and replacement goods must be covered by the customer. We suggest you use registered mail to ensure the goods reach us safely. The returned goods must be received by our team before replacement goods can be dispatched.

Items that are purchased during a sale, custom made, ordered specially for you or at a discounted price are not able to be returned or exchanged.

If you are seeking a refund this is up to the discretion of the company, however please note that if a refund is approved it will be subject to a $20 administration fee + minimum 1.5% transaction fee, based on the payment method that was originally used.
