The Acacia our newly designed bed frame, and is handmade by us entirely of Australian Hardwood. The slats come in 3 sections for easy assembly and are secured by the box style frame as with all of our frames. The strength of this frame is derived from the four legs that are connected to the timber rails with an extremely strong bracket system. The frame is 38cm to the top of the slats and 106cm to the top of the headboard. The solid timber panel headboard design offers a great timeless elegant look. Comes with a ten year guarantee but will last much longer and is suitable for all types of mattresses. After many requests from our customers; we have finally come up with, and executed a fantastic bunk bed design. Pictured is a king/single size bunk bed with a straight side ladder that can be dismantled for shipping or moving through doorways, and also to split into two seperate king/single size bed frames. These are constructed using Australia hardwood timber and have been made by hand on site. The Magnolia is a very simple yet solid and elegantly designed frame, made entirely of Australian Hardwood. The slats come in 3 sections for easy assembly and are secured with brass pins in each corner. The four legs are connected with timber rails that run from the head to the foot of the bed to support the slats given you a small storage area. The frame is 28cm to the top of the slats and 76cm to the top of the headboard. The beautiful headboard is attached to the rails with a bolt and wingnut securing it in place on either side. The Melalueca is our newest designed bed frame made entirely of Australian Hardwood. The strength of this frame is derived from the four legs that are connected to the timber rails with an extremely strong bracket system. Unlike The Waratah and The Wattle the legs sit inside the frame. The slats come in 3 sections for easy assembly and are secured by the box style frame. The frame is 41cm to the top of the slats. The solid timber headboard is elegant and offers good support for sitting up in bed. Comes with a ten year guarantee but will last much longer and is suitable for all types of mattresses. This frame is available with or without Posture Slats and with or without a Headboard. 

We recommend use of our mattress on slatted frames. We offer both posture (flexible) slats and Platform (hardwood) slats that can be fitted to most frames. We recommend the platform slats for maximum support and longevity with a 10 year guarantee. The platform slats are our most popular slats and are available for all of our frames in all sizes.

The Natural Bedding Company bed frames come with Australian hardwood flat slats. However, for couples who cannot decide on a particular type of mattress, the posture slat option allows individual to customise their sleeping environment. The posture slat system works by moving two bands across a slat to create tension which translates to a firmer or softer mattress. The disadvantage of posture slats is laminated beech wood is springy and flexible, and if you put all your weight on one slat it will break. Posture slats are available in the following bed frame models; Melalueca, Wattle, Waratah and Jacaranda. Please note it is not available in King Single size.
